1) How do I track my order?

2) What is your return policy?

Returning and Exchange Merchandise

We offer a MONEY-BACK guarantee. We provide you with a refund or ship a replacement, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. OasisHerb.com's aim is to make the returns process as convenient and painless as possible.

Within 21 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any “unopened” item in new condition, in its original carton or packaging with all parts. Merchandise must be unopened to receive a refund.

All authorized returns will be credited to your account, less original shipping charges. Beside damaged goods or incorrect shipments, we charge and deduct a 15% restocking fee on all items returned and will deduct it from your refund amount.

Customer must pay for shipping on returns. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments will also be charge 15% restocking fee and will be credited less shipping fees.

Please allow 7 working days after receipt of returns to process the request for refund.

Before you send back the item, please inform us by sending us an email at info@oasisherb.com. Your email should include the order number, order date, your full name, email address, item code and a brief and accurate description of the problem. Items should then be returned in its original packaging and original unused and resalable condition.

Damaged Returns

If you receive items damaged via SpeedPost, please take the following steps to make a claim. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the delivery and then find shipping damage, please save all packaging material and documents and email us at info@oasisherb.com for assistance. We will then notify the shipping agent and take appropriate action to make the claim.

If you receive the package damaged via AirMail or Surface Mail by Hong Kong Post, you should inquire your local post office, showing them the damage (it is best if they witness you open the box), and filing a damage claim, as procedures vary country by country. OasisHerb.com assumes no financial obligation for items received damaged. But, we will try best to help you to solve the problem.
